How to request account deletion
To delete your account, follow these steps:
- Send a free-form email to website@trumduprojects.com.
- In the subject line, write: Account Deletion.
- In the body of the email, include the name of the game and your account details (username or email address, if they were used during registration).
- If necessary, we may request additional information to verify that you own the account.
- After verification, your request will be processed, and your account and associated data will be deleted.
What data will be deleted
After your request is confirmed, the following account-related data will be deleted:
- username;
- email address;
- account password (stored in a secure form);
- user avatar;
- game profile;
- game progress;
- friend lists and in-game connections;
- in-game chat messages;
- voice chat data;
What data may be retained
Some data may be retained after account deletion in cases required by law, as well as to ensure security, prevent fraud, and resolve technical disputes.
This may include:
- IP addresses and technical service logs;
- information about the fact of account deletion;
- anonymized statistical data;
- data that must be retained in accordance with the law.
Data retention periods
- Deletion requests are processed within 30 calendar days.
- Account data is deleted no later than 30 days after the request is confirmed.
- Backup copies may be retained for up to 90 days after account deletion.
- Security logs may be retained for up to 12 months.
- Data that must be retained by law may be stored longer in accordance with legal requirements.
